Most horror movie goers are constantly on the lookout for the next big shock, which is why sequels are such a certain method to make money. The Leprechaun

Leprechaun 4: In Space is the sleeper of the Leprechaun horror movie series. Yes, it's set in space, but that's exactly what makes it so mind-numbingly great. Leprechaun 4 is a perfect example of how to take a totally ridiculous premise and turn it into something really "special." The movie is chock-full of practical effects, creative kills, and Leprechaun quotes that will have you rolling on the floor. If you're a fan of Leprechaun movies or horror movies in general, Leprechaun 4: In Space is a must-watch.

Pinhead

Hellraiser: Bloodline is a prequel and sequel. Story covers 1700s, 1990s, and 2200s. Let's be honest: I'm just here for Pinhead and the other Cenobites. Doug Bradley maintains a cold, menacing, demonic air when he performs. This is confusing, but who cares? Even if you've watched Hellraiser, Bloodline's Pinhead moments are disturbing. If you loved Clive Barker's Hellraiser, you should read this. Even without any logic, it's a fun ride.

Critters

I must confess that I was curious when I learned that Critters 4 would take place in space. How, after all, could they beat the previous Critters films? The cast list, though, made it seem less promising when I looked at it later. Darren Dourif? Does Angela Bassett? Anders Hove, a well-known actor from Denmark? Simply put, I couldn't see how this could possibly work.

And my worst worries were realized while seeing Critters 4. The plot was poor, the characters were terrible, and the setting was a rip-off of other properties. From a fan's (just updated) standpoint, what hurts the most is that the elements that made the prior installments distinctive and fun are either totally eliminated or absent. Critters 4 is a terrible disaster and a major letdown.

Dracula

Dracula 3000 is an almost unwatchable awful horror movie. Dracula 3000 irritates me. Even though it's terrible throughout, the finale left me dissatisfied. "Dracula in Space" was so horrible it was dreadful, not excellent. Fun notion, but terrible performance and language. If you want a bad day, watch it.

Jason Voorhees

Jason X is the most renowned horror movie sequel in space. Jason Voorhees is legendary. It's irrelevant how he got into space. Nobody cares why he's in space. Jason's presence in space is all that counts.

In my view, Jason X is worth seeing for easter eggs and nods to past Friday the 13th movies, as well as his metamorphosis into Uber Jason.

Even though this movie isn't for everyone, it's great for people who like campy, cheesy slasher movies.
